Welcome to my weekly meal plan! Each week I like to share the meal plan that I will be using for my family for the upcoming week. I do this because I think that having a meal plan is really important for many reasons. Some of those reasons include saving money, wasting less food, and having less stress when it comes time to figure out “what’s for dinner?”! I try to stick with a meal plan that is simple to make things a little easier during our busy weeks. I hope this can help you with some ideas of what you might want to make this week.

  • Saturday – 11/25/23
    • Today I will be making Creamy Herbed Pork Chops. This is one of my favorite ways to make pork chops. Honestly, I have never made the “creamy part” of the recipe. I am sure it is good! But, I just love the pork chops seasoned with the Montreal Steak seasoning and browned in the butter. It comes out so good. I use bone-in pork chops. For a side dish, we will be having Vegetarian Tater Tot Casserole II .
  • Sunday – 11/26/23
  • Monday – 11/27/23
    • For dinner tonight we will be having Cheesy Crispy Chicken. I don’t have a recipe link for this one. To make it, you dip chicken in milk and bread with crushed Ritz crackers. Place in a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 35 minutes. For sides, we will be having some Rice Pilaf and frozen vegetables.
  • Tuesday – 11/28/23
    • Every Tuesday, we do some type of Mexican theme meal. Tonight we are going to do Taco Tuesday! I don’t have a recipe the share for the tacos, but I can tell you how I serve them. For the meat, I cook up some ground turkey and season it with seasoned salt and chili powder. Then I serve with hard taco shells, soft taco shells, shredded cheddar, avocados, sour cream, and taco sauce.
  • Wednesday – 11/29/23
    • On Wednesdays we usually do seafood. Tonight we will be having salmon, which has become a regular in our rotation now that I found this really easy way to cook it that comes out delicious! I use individually frozen pieces of salmon from BJs. Then I brush them with olive oil and sprinkle some McCormick Smokehouse Maple seasoning on them. Then bake at 450 for 10 to 12 minutes. I will be serving some egg noodles tossed with butter and olive oil. We will also have some frozen vegetables with this meal.
  • Thursday – 11/30/23
    • Today we have a family birthday dinner so no meal to share!
  • Friday – 11/24/23
    • Tonight we will be having hamburgers for dinner. I make these every other week. This is one of those that I don’t have a real recipe to share with you. I just make them very simply by making patties with ground beef. Sometimes I’ll throw a little bit of McCormick hamburger seasoning on them. I will also be making a can of pork and beans and Oven Fresh Seasoned Potato Wedges.
